The room was very clean and well appointed. New carpeting in hallways was also very clean. The breakfast was excellent, but cost $14 per person. Checking in and out was easy.

The food was exceptional!!! The chef was very attentive. That was the best biscuits and gravy I have ever tasted. It was seasoned to perfection and did not have to add anything else to it. Most places that serve biscuits and gravy make it too runny and slimy and it tastes nasty. This one had the right consistency. The French toast was to die for. They had a veterans' group there, rather large. Never ran out of food and they were nice as well.

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk and breakfast crew. Look forward to returning in December.

The pool was open 24 hours! The hotel was very clean and well LIt!

The location was great. The hotel itself has recently been refurbished and updated. Carpeting and furniture appeared quite new. Breakfast buffet was okay. My husband had pancakes hot off the griddle and they were perfectly made and very good. I was happy to have some grapefruit juice.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. There was plenty of parking. It was easy to get to Colonial Williamsburg from the hotel, and it was located close to a good variety of restaurants.

very comfortable. I requested a very quiet room away from the elevator and doors and the staff was very accomodating
